I am interested in spotting and moving to a house near a live line.

One of the houses I am considering is in the Bourne Valley Road area (BH12 1DS). Can anyone tell me what trains run on those lines nearby?

One of the two is the main London Waterloo - Weymouth line, and the other line from Branksome station to Bournemouth depot.

Traction mainly 444s, 450s and occasionally 455s for mods at the depot.
