Reading platform 9 NTI display dead

Whats going on with this display? It has been dead for a week, like its lost connection or something? Platform 8(opposite) is ok.

How are they hooked up? Using standard network? (im sure i saw ip addresses once when they was rebooting one day) or do they use some sort of custom network / protocal?

Any one here in the know? :)
