I've noticed RTT only shows the last 7 days of services. Anybody know of an online source available that goes back further? I know the industry's Trust system does, but I'm looking for something publicly available.

Thanks people.

http://www.freightlocate.co.uk/ - holds data for over a year, with full (realtime updated) schedules for both passenger and freight services, and also doesn't scramble freight headcodes like RTT/OTT. The downsides are the clunky interface and £25 a year subscription!

Running data is held for longer in RTT but isn’t searchable and can be reached with a bit of URL manipulation. I’m on mobile at the moment so can’t demonstrate, but someone else may be able to

Indeed. Most trains (those that are not VAR or STP) use the same unique identifier on RTT. So, if you look at a particular train, you can change the date in the URL, e.g.:

http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/Y51182/2018/04/12/advanced

The identifier is Y51182. The date is April 12th, 2018. So just change the date to what you need. Unless you know the identifier of a VAR or STP train, it will be very hard to look back at these trains. Haven't bothered to see how far it goes back, but it's a while.

One of them (RTT?) used to display 12 months of running info for any selected service on one easily readable page. I found it useful to see if a service I had intended to use regularly was reliable.

Are you sure it wasn't http://www.recenttraintimes.co.uk/ referred to earlier in this thread
and in other simlar discussions in the past, like these:

No, it wasn't that site. This would have been about four years ago.

Brilliant! Thanks very much, I've used that successfully now.

And I've bookmarked all the other suggestions for reference.

Thanks folks.
