I think there was a thread last year to post any required units you had haulage out of?

I'd like to kick off 2017 with 350266!

Good start to 2017 there Mr Kite. the 1996ts is not turned by any loops unlike the 1992ts and 1995ts so the even numbers will always be at the Wembley/Stanmore end of the train. If you need loads of odd numbers, try the Stratford end.

I had 365510 and 387125 today.

However, being pedantic, how can it be classed as 'haulage' when in fact the motors powering you along are underneath or behind where your sitting !

I'll stick with 'ride' and keep my haulage to locomotives for now.

Similar discussion elsewhere on the forum asks if 'haulage' is the right term for when a loco is in push-pull mode. As far as I'm concerned; a train is hauling you from one place to another, whether it be powered by motors underneath your feet or by an engine in a locomotive behind you.

I seem to recall this debate being had on another forum I used to frequent some 7 years ago, and no-one could come up with a term that didn't sound ridiculous.

Fair enough... I guess it's down to each individuals taste :)

Personally, I use Haulage or Push for loco's and ride for DMU'S, EMU'S etc.
However, I will leave it there.

I'd be more concerned about people counting HST trailers for "haulage".....

That's just fudging!

I'm afraid I'll have to join the committee and tell you counting coaches for haulage within your total YTD is a mega fudge ;)

I draw the line at DVTs!

I got an unexpected new one last night passing back to Fratton at the end of my duty on 150938 although it's a bit of a fudge as I've had 150238 and 57219 many many times!

Mmm, fudge...Anyway, I've now withdrawn that idea and I'm back on the sensible count of 0 for the year so far!

Big help from Postye (from gen on the request thread) with the 450 before start of play. Thanks again.
Tried to hedge my bets on my last 2 Class 375s and i stayed on the London diagrams. Alas i am still needing 375302. Obviously it was on the Strood diagrams. It gave me time to shorten my tube stock needs though. :D
