An hour or so at Old Linslade this afternoon where I was due a bowl out with the waether after getting lucky recently. Got totally soaked shortly before 56312 turned up but well worth it for that thrashing beast! 86501 was then photted an hour later and I abandoned the wait for more cans on 4L92 to get home as there was another shower approaching.

Three phots of 67s and further Scotrail and NatEX bits. No 26s or 27s to be found I'm afraid though!!

Because you can't have too much of a good thing, another trip to Sheringham was in order with 25057 rostered and the filthy ped left in the sidings. High summer sees only two late afternoon diesel hauled turns rather than the all day diagram, but a late start and few hours at the seaside provided a pleasent preamble.
