Hello

Does anyone know how long Northern take to process refunds. Staff member on phone said he would process a refund, but that was 17 days ago and still not had the money back on my card?

Up to 4 weeks is pretty common.

It used to be much worse - under Serco/Abellio waiting times sometimes reached 6 months (and in one of my cases, 9 months!)
