Does anyone know of any weekdays 7th-11th August that stick out as good days for photting in London?

I am looking for:

• Railtours
• Interesting Locos (type or livery)
• Interesting Freight Services
• Superman 390
• Da Vinci Code 373
• Class 92s At Good Locations

You can get the Fastline grid on 4O90 any Mon/Wed/Fri. DRS nuclear stuff tends to run Weds/Fris but is "less solid".

WCML probably best bet for 92s? As Joe H says there is an evening spell of three in an hour (here), although of late there has been a up empty flats around 1130ish, so say 1200 Watford. Presume Wembley bound. Don't think they work to Ipswich tho?

1S96 van train follows 1654 Euston-Northampton, if you are lucky topped by a seven if not 3x325.

This Tuesday (runs fortnightly) the Tunstead tanks should run about 1400 x Wembley with a 60

1S96, apols that dud gen i gave earlier follows 1624 from Euston. So 1635ish at Harrow i'd think, runs all M-Fs, but very sporadic 87 haulage.

4O90 follows the 1755 southbound unit from Watford, then goes via Kenny O although it may recess.
Certainly that 1145 up 92 is a good runner, havn't seen a northboound myself but i'm not often out that time of day. There is a FL57 usually around 1215 here, presume 1300ish Harrow if they are unusual for ye.

18th July was interesting, the evening of which around 2030 saw...The Da Vinci Code set come in from Marne-la-Vallee Chessy. Looked absolutely superb. I should know, I got shots of it at Marne-la-Vallee Chessy and Waterloo International!

7th - 11th August...Hmm, OK, I'll see what I can find out.

Might be a couple of tours like a VSOE/Pullman off Victoria on the 9th, not sure. Might also be lucky to see the 87 come back for a short time off Euston, very unlikely now though.

Don't forget to get the latest HST gen for MML. I know, HSTs run with MML fairly frequently, but the end of the road for the HSTs with MML is fast approaching. I'm making movements towards doing the rest of the MML on a HST before it's too late. Which gives me a routing plan for Community Railfest...

My point is you might want to see them with MML, photting them before they go.
