Restriction Code 8A

Please can someone confirm whether or not BoJ is permitted on the return journey of an Off Peak Day Return with restriction code 8A It's not at all clear on the NRE website.

I'm looking at Chester to Llandudno, we want to break our return journey at Colwyn Bay but it's not clear to me whether that is allowed. I know TfW have some weird BoJ restrictions that nobody else seems to suffer from.

Restriction 8A does in theory prohibit break of journey, but in practice nobody gives a stuff nowadays, especially not on that line. You won’t have any issues whatsoever.

I've managed to sort out a split of Advances that actually works out cheaper .
