Going to Kew Gardens tomorrow with a group of 4 people would normally travel using Oyster from the North end of the Met.
Thinking of purchasing in addition Richmond to Kew Gardens Off Peak Day returns paper tickets to take advantage of 2 for 1 admission, will tickets ordered online and collected from a TVM have the National Rail logo which is part of the 2for1 T's & C's?

As you will be collecting from a National Rail station then yes it should do. Just make sure if collecting at Richmond that the TVM is a SWR one.

Yes, they will.

Note that there is no off-peak paper ticket available for a Richmond to Kew Bridge journey, because it's within the London zones so only anytime tickets can be purchased.

If you're all using Oyster for the whole of your rail journeys from the north end of the Met to Kew Gardens station (Z3/4) and only need the paper ticket as a piece of orange card with a NR logo and appropriate station name to show at the Gardens entrance - then you probably only need to buy a Single.

Given that only Anytime tickets are available, the single is half the price of a return (£2.50 vs £5.00 according to BR Fares website, not counting any Railcard discounts you may be able to use).

I've used a similar approach with Mrs S.B. & a Two Together Railcard in the past for central London attractions & Hampton Court Palace - plus would have done Kew Gardens too, but ran out of time. The savings are easily worth the minimal effort involved, and never had any undue scrutiny of our rail tickets or paper 2-for-1 print-outs at the attractions themselves.
