They did an interesting piece on ROB this morning regarding customer service on the trains and compensation for late trains. I didn't get the full jist as I caught it part way through as I was flicking. The bit I saw was good. They now have an rail ombudsman for complaints (not that the company's will tell you that.) The bit I saw was interesting but I wonder if anyone saw the whole piece.
