Hi,

I'm going to doing this regularly from next month, was hoping for a cheaper point-to-point ticket option.

I can only seem to find zone 2-6 Travelcards at £139.80 for this route, which seems high. I have little use for a Travelcard outside getting to work, so wondering if there is a better option out there.

Cheers,

B

Not really. C2C use TfL fares within the zones which means they don't issue point to point season tickets. They price this fare because most of the logical route is on their services. Using Oyster PAYG, 10 peak journeys is just less than a weekly travelcard, but once you go up to a monthly it switches to the travelcard being cheaper.
