From Hythe the 1990 Guide Book I've got puts Dymchurch at 5 miles, New Romney at 8 miles, Dungeness at 13.5 miles. I suspect there is a degree of 'rounding-off' on those figures.

The 1984 Quail Map (Southern) shows the following (Miles:Chains)
Hythe 0:00
Dymchurch 5:00
Jefferstone Lane 6:15
New Romney 8:25
Romney Sands 10:20
Dungeness 13:60

Note that Dungeness is on a terminal loop and it is slightly shorter round the loop on the return journey - but the 1984 map does not make that clear. I cannot at the moment find my copy of a later issue.
