No easy map, but the sectional appendix lists all the RA values for every route. They are downloadable.

If you go to NR's Long-term planning page and go to the Network Specifications there's a page with a map of RAs (grouped together e.g. 1-5, 6-8, 9-10) for each route

But in years gone by?
RA5 locos can operate on RA5 routes, so most Class 37s would be fine, or the routes would have been maintained to higher standards. In addition, locos heavier than the RA of a route can still operate if given special authority and with speed restrictions as appropriate. Class 67s are RA8 but used to be the regular booked haulage for the Caledonian Sleeper over the RA5 West Highland Line.

Current track RA is not necessarily the same as it's always been. If there is no modern need to maintain to a higher standard, the rating can drop to suit what actually runs.
Only if it is consulted and agreed to, if NR are doing that without consulting then they are left wide open to the ORR having words.

Well yes, I was just pointing out that things can change, that what was the case in the past is not necessarily the case today. There are processes to manage those changes.
