Yesterday morning we were looking forward to double headed steam, And I was planning on loading up clips from two days in Cornwall and Devon. Yesterday afternoon one of the planned locos failed, so we were left with one, I curtailed my trip, but what a fine sight it made. Here we have LMS Royal Scot Class 46100 "Royal" Scot heading the first day of the RTC GB IX tour, filmed at Midgham (watch out for the mouse and the tracker worker doffing his cap), and departing the water stop at Newbury Race course. Hope the rest of the marathon round the UK steam tour goes well
