Royal Train at York

Bit late I know but here are some photos of 67026 and 67006 on the Royal Train to York last Thursday, taken at Copmanthorpe. (Including the surprising fifteen 66s that came by beforehand!) Feel free to have a look.

I have to say, those loco's make it look a bit too much like a freight train for my liking. Not very fitting for the Sovereign !

Thanks, appreciated! Haha I know what you mean, I'd prefer it if the Royal Train was pulled by a steam train but that's just me

I'd go with diesel - but something looking a bit more classic. A 33 would look good.
