I applied for a ticket examiner job with Scotrail last year and was unsuccessful...
I have info that more jobs may come up soon so I have taken a note of the questions of the application and wondered if anyone had tips on some of the questions.
I am currently a postman and also used to work in the retail sector so I have experience of working with the public, handling money and working unsociable hours.
These questions in particular I was wondering if anyone knew what are they points they are looking for...
What challenges do you think you might face if you were successful in your application for this job?
How would you deal with these challenges?
What motivated you to apply for this job with Abellio?
What aspects of your current eployment do you feel most relate to this roll?
Do you have experience of working to rules and procedures?
Do you have experience responding to customer enquiries?
Any help would be much appreciated
