Hi,

What do you put in the origin and destination boxes on the national rail season ticket calculator page to get prices for London Travelcards please?

Thanks.

You can put in an example of the journey you want to do. E.g. you could put Surbiton to New Malden and that would show you the price for Zones 4-6, as well as the season ticket between those stations.

If you're just looking for travelcards, then the TfL calculator is a better bet: https://tfl.gov.uk/fares/find-fares/tube-and-rail-fares/caps-and-travelcard-prices

The prices are the same whichever you use.

Great. Thanks @freddie1729 TfL site seems to be running a lot faster from here too.

Also, if you want an old-school non-interactive table then there's this PDF:
http://content.tfl.gov.uk/adult-2020-prices.pdf
It's a bit of problem that it doesn't show Watford Junction and Shenfield despite they are served by TfL Rail which the title says (they are put into a separate sheet http://content.tfl.gov.uk/national-rail-adult-fares.pdf, which is harder to find)
Some trip combination within the TfL network is not available, like Shenfield - Watford High Street / Junction. (and it can't be found on season ticket calculator neither)

If you buy a travelcard on Oyster valid at Shenfield then it is also valid to Hertford East/North, Potters Bar, Radlett, Watford Junction and Grays.

Thanks all.

The fare I was actually looking at for somebody was Amersham to Brentwood.

I worked out from the TfL link kindly provided by @freddie1729 that the annual cost was £3764.00 (Z1-9). (Same price as on @Joe Paxton ’s link).

The NRE Season ticket calculator site couldn’t give me a price though even though i finally got it to recognise the stations.

Yes, the NRE Season ticket calculator can only recognise London zone 1-6 (as the core London Travelcard zone).
Zones 7-9 are auxiliary zone and not really counted as a "real" zone in National Rail ticketing terms...
