Season ticket issuing query

I am due to be at the Merseyside Challenge tomorrow, however need a CountyCard to return to College on Monday. I have tweeted Northern asking if my Dad would be able to buy it without me being there, to which the reply was 'No, I think you have to be there [ticket office] 185143, apologies'.

Would anyone in a (preferably Northern) ticket office know if a season ticket can be issued to someone who isn't the Holder? (My dad will have my photocard)

I think most ticket clerks would be willing to sell it if your dad had the photocard and explained the situation, but I couldn't guarantee it.
