Hi,
I'm considering a career change from the motor industry to rail. I currently work as a Technician & I have recently applied for a role with Southern Rail as a Service Engineer. I would welcome any advice or tips about this role. I'm looking for career progression so would like to know if this is possible & the timescale invoked. Any information about the salary would also be very useful.
