Location
Hampshire (nearly a Hog)
Old Pulteney whisky (one of my favourites) is distilled in Wick. The Balmenach distillery at Cromdale on Speyside is owned by the same company. (I must try that one!*)

* update - just looked at the prices - might have to save up!!

People born in Arundel are known locally as Mullets, due to the presence of mullet in the River Arun, which joins the English Channel at Littlehampton.

The famous 1961 British film "Whistle Down the Wind" starring Hayley Mills used various parts of Bacup for filming. Another film starring Hayley Mills was "Tiger Bay" in which there's a scene of her getting onto the Transporter Bridge in Newport and getting off in Tiger Bay, Cardiff - 12 miles away!
