Most people go out searching for a forum when they have experienced bad customer service, it does not mean the majority of people suffer the same.
Check any car forum, and it will give the impression every single car model on the market is riddled with trouble, every car on the road is a lemon, every second hand car is a write off etc.
Hardly anyone goes on to a forum to sing praises of staff/products. You can't take information from forums as fact as it will never give a complete and realistic picture of customers real experiences.
