It's exactly same as trainee train driver.

Weirdly did not have to do a SJE Test.

Just straight to assessment and then mmi/dmi

Dmi is usually before I believe.

But for this role i spoke to the recruiter and she said it would be MMI first.

Mmi is the one done by OPC. Will ask you 6 questions you have to write down answers for and then they will probe you

32k after training on the JD however I've been told that it is meant to be a bit more.

Also overtime available which can make a big difference
