Next Monday I have been invited to an interview with Southeastern for the position of Shunter Driver at their Grove Park depot. I think I am pretty well prepared for the interview in terms of information I have researched over the net and I’ve looked over various posts on this forum, however no posts seem to detail what sort of questions to expect in the interview and was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers.
Also I would like to know the process going forward if anyone knows, I completed the psychometric testing with another TOC back in August for a Trainee Train Driver Position which I have an Driver Manager interview for in the new year, does a Shunter Driver take on any further testing to those already completed?
