As yet the only signalling irregularity involving LED signals I have had are black signals (no aspect showing at all). Even so RED anything red that isn't supposed to be will put the wind up you, the aspect looks as big as the sun at sunset LOL. I had a reversion of a semaphore and this was over a year ago I still think about it every time I approach it even now
