Ex-GWR 143s also. 315s have also been disposed of there in the last few months.

What happened to the plan to stack up dozens of units in an old car park next to Booth's in Rotherham? Almost everything destined for scrap seems to have gone to Sims.

Sims Newport have the ability to process more scrap and more quickly than anyone currently.
Quicker they chop up the units/coaches the less money the owner pays on storage

Two Merseyrail 508's have been scrapped there so far, I would assume the remaining 507/8's will also meet their end at Newport

i can only presume they will see the TFW 143's when they go later this year and possibly some 153's
