Don't know which section to put this but anyway...

I'm guessing it to be Euston or BHM. Does anyone know the answer?

Doncaster has 6.

East Coast, XC, Grand Central, TPE, EMT and Northern, plus the freight TOCs

Not this again.

There are a couple of stations that have seven. Does Doncaster not have HT as well? I think Crewe may also have seven?

EM, LM, VT, NT, XC, SR, AW

 Forgot about Hull Trains

Anyway, does Scotrail count for Crewe? As in, is it a scheduled stop?

Surely Glasgow Central must be a contender:

Virgin
FTPE
ScotRail
East Coast
Crosscountry
Northern (it counts for that whole Newcastle via Dumfries job)

I'd go for Crewe.

SR do have a scheduled stop there with the sleepers - both north and southbound.
There a few XC each day - presumably for route knowledge via Wilmslow as an alternative to via Stoke
NR, VT, LM, EM, AW are all regulars

If it were a few years ago Gatwick Airport would have been a contender with Southern, First Capital Connect, Virgin Trains, First Great Western, Gatwick Express and Southeastern ! (but not its only Southern + Gatwick Express, First Capital Connect and FGW 3 compared to the previous 6)

Indeed. I've done MAN-BHM on XC perhaps a dozen times or so, and twice I've been diverted via Crewe for one reason or another!

There are regular Manchester to Birmingham XC services that go via Crewe. On weekdays, these are the [05:11], [06:00] and [17:27].

Mine were last-minute diversions, announced at MAN and SPT. We still made it to Stafford on time (as you would expect).

So 7 is the max so far:

Doncaster: east coast, First Trans Pennine, First Hull Trains, DB Grand Central, DB Cross Country, Northern Rail, Stagecoach East Midlands Trains.

Crewe: Virgin, DB Cross Country, DB Arriva Trains Wales, London Midland, First ScotRail, Stagecoach East Midlands, Northern Rail.

Any advance on 7? What if we include the past - ie most TOCs on any single day?
