Some interesting GNER workings today

I was suprised this morning when I got to York and saw 67002 on the front of the late running 1006 to Glasgow Central (0850 ex Doncaster). Apparently because of engineering works on the ECML.

The 67 then stabled then another 67xxx dragged the 1130 service to London Kings Cross via Leeds. Was booked as an HST but ended up as a 91 set!

This happens every Sunday - rare bit of day time loco haulage
