Well for a start, I doubt that any of us have a clue what an 'E1 MAX' is...

If you love it so much, is there any reason why you can't make it yourself? This community is very good for bouncing ieas around and getting help and hints and tips.

Give it a go, you may be surprised by the results!

From google images, it looks it a Japanese train. Chances are that no one will make it cos we dont know about its performance, top speed etc... let alone the panel picture. Remember this is the RailUK forum not a Japan rail forum.

are there any known Japan BVE forums?

Have you tried downloading and running some of these Japanese diagrams, they leave quite a bit to be desired from my experience, never mind trying to communicating in japanese, I think we were very lucky in having Mr Mackoy for giving us BVE.
