Hi hoping someone on here can help me. Passed my interview with the local station manager in March 2021. Anyone know long I'll be in the talent pool for or if there's any way I can speed up getting a post? It's a CST role in London/Bromley line. Any customer service reps with southeastern on here - how long did you have to wait in the talent pool for?

Did you receive any correspondence after passing the interview with any time frames? or that they will contact you when there is more information?

Some companies may give you a recruitment advisor you can contact with questions, if you had any contact since March you could send a short polite email asking if there are any updates etc. But I wouldn't badger them too much. The railway can be a bit slow sometimes in regards to recruitment.

The only other way you could speed it up is to offer yourself for the same position at another station.

Thank you. Ended up waiting for an offer but if I ever want to transfer I'll consider this

No timeframes given unfortunately, just that they'd be in touch once a post becomes vacant.
And yes I was regularly in touch with the HR contact I was given who was really helpful. Finally got a job offer come through, only three months after I interviewed SO happy

Thanks for your help all
