An early head's up - a Southeastern recruitment manager has posted on LinkedIn today that the company will be opening recruitment for trainee drivers in February.

That's good to know, I am with SE currently and passed the Trainee Driver assessment day back in October. Hopefully I might hear about a DMI soon!

Hopefully some news for you soon @RPOMan. What did you have to do as part of the assessment? I take it there was a Group Bourdon Test but is there anything else you can practice for?

Hi, yes there is the Group Bourdon test, there is a really good thread on this page which details everything you’ll have to do at the assessment day. I found it massively helpful when I was practicing for my assessments. There are computer programmes available for most of the computerised tests as well, also a lot of YouTube videos! The company you apply for should send everything you need to practice for the day as well.
