Southern daysave ticket

Although the ticket says from London Victoria can I commence my journey from any station served by southern service IE. Watford junction ? Or do I have to go to Victoria to commence it ?

Valid on any Southern train, subject to the time restrictions, so you can start at Watford Junction.
