Southern DaySave Tue 5th June - restrictions?

I have a Southern DaySave ticket for Tuesday 5th June, the extra Diamond Jubilee bank holiday. As this is a one-off BH and not a normal BH Monday, do the morning and evening restrictions apply to this ticket on this date, or will it be alright to use any train all day, as on normal BH's?

According to Directgov, 5th June is a Bank Holiday.
Southern state that the Daysave is valid "Anytime on .... Bank Holidays"
National Rail Enquiries state " Valid any time .... Bank Holidays"

So I think that's pretty conclusive!
