Heads up for anyone travelling to Gatwick/Victoria this morning on the Southern "overnight" services... please be aware many (most) of these are subject to severe delays due to displacement of night turn crew and a 377 consist in reaction to a long chain of various delays to yesterday evening's services. It's been a complex picture but there will be delays until ~0530 today or maybe even later. 
I believe it's been a while since it's been this badly "up the wall" on Southern overnight. Many trains are running about 30mins down. TL have had a couple of issues due to driver rostering issues as well.
