Hi there I am enquiring if anyone has any idea what it is like to work under southern rail as a train driver?

I am also keen to hear what the shift pattern is and how many weekends you work etc.

I am currently in a secure role and wondering whether to make the jump!?

Nothing wrong with applying. Bearing in mind it often takes a few attempts to get the big break, striking whilst the iron is hot would be prudent, even if you’re unsure.
