Southern trainee train drivwr talent pool

Just trying guage the amount of people in pools foe trainee train driver at the moment with Southern, which depots and how long currently waiting. Curious to see how many of us are waiting. Obviously these things take time to go through at the best of time and with the way things are currently, a further delay could occur.

The big depots that have high turnover have the most vacancies, so Selhurst/Norwood and Brighton would have the most, then likely followed by Barnham, London Vic, London Bridge and Eastbourne. My understanding is that Redhill, Three Bridges and Epsom are quite popular and therefore drivers usually transfer from within to fill any vacancies and then Southern backfill the biggest depots as above.
