6G06 abandoned at Lostwithiel, loco going back BZ, but stuck outside
Par due to snow in pointwork. 6P11 caped. 6C43 possibily to be caped.

Looe line back up running after being caped most of afternoon due to
frozen horn.

Gunnislake caped, traincrew unable to get to work. 2C68 16:10
Plymouth to Exeter caped, same reason.

NQY caped as frozen points at Goonbarrow which cannot be de-iced due
to the local road network being snowed up and pway unable to get
there.

Road wise most of mid Cornwall a car free zone quite amusing at how
many people have abandoned their cars at work and are taking the
train home. A good afternoon for the ozone layer anyway.....

If you are wondering what the fuss is about its been snowing here
from 10:00 and has just now stopped at 16:45, not exactly good
weather for photos, but check this mess out:

lol,
Nat

and

Single Line Working in force between Bodmin Parkway and Lostwithiel due to heavy snowfall.

Well I'm watching a FGW HST set in Penzance on the Penzance webcam at the moment. It arrived at 18:34, and I saw the door lights go out at around 18:43, but they were re-lit around 1/2 a min later.

The set involved would have worked the 12:05 London Paddington to Penzance, and will (or at least should be!) returning very soon on a delayed 17:30 Penzance to London Paddington via Bristol.

Where can I find the Penzance webcam then Ian? Sounds interesting.
