I recieved an email at work and South West Trains are doing £14 off peak day returns and £5 for kids between 24/05/14 and 01/06/14 including week days with the same conditions as the recent Winter Smiles promotion i.e SWT only between one origin and one destination etc etc as long as you travel off peak. Details will be on SWT website soon
They are in the system at ticket offices and I sold a couple yesterday. These can be purchased on the day at ticket offices if you can't find them online. The ones you reffered to at Easter were online only so you should not have a problem this time round. Is this definitely happening? I only ask as the one at Easter SWT wrongly advertised never materialised.
plus bus have the usual £2 offer thru June and july, includes travel on Blackpool trams if anyone is heading that way....

Don't know why RSH are never part of that promotion when the TOCs using the ATOS Origin booking engine are.

Anyone know when or if these tickets will be making an appearance again?
Nope, Red Funnel don't have anything to do with this promotion. You'll have to buy separate ferry tickets.Does anyone know if travel to the Isle of Wight is allowed with SWT's May Promotion?
The terms and conditions say travel is allowed on SWT and Island Lines and only stations west of Salisbury appear to be specifically excluded however £14 tickets don't seem to be available on-line to the IoW.

Now online - a bit draconian to not allow travel west of Salisbury (rather than Axminister or Honiton in previous promotions), particularly as the price is now greater. Presumably this reflects a capacity issue.

Last time there was specific mention of discounted travel available on at least one of the ferry routes. As it isn't mentioned this time I think we can assume there are no discounts.
The T&Cs are certainly poorly written. What is this meant to me:
"Standard off-peak terms apply."
It's pretty much impossible to tell when the tickets are actually valid from that statement in the T&Cs.

Southeastern are doing 10% off online ticket bookings made through their site from 1st June until 15th June, as a Father's Day promotion. Some fairly restrictive T&C's though.

Not quite all PlusBus tickets. PlusBus day tickets for Ayr, Bournemouth, Congleton, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Kilmarnock, Poole and Windermere are not available at the online offer price. See http://www.plusbus.info/offersPlusBus summer offer - all tickets £2 for June and July - is back again this year.
