Hate to be a killjoy and all, but I feel this is going rather too far now. There is a difference between harmless fun and a genuine attempt to cause offence; this is clearly the latter. Perhaps this is my fault for being too lenient in the past, who knows. Either way, I feel this sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable and I (and the rest of the staff) will be far less tolerant of it in future, I can assure you all.
