If they actually got on with the job rather than changing the name of the beancounters each week, something might get done.

One has to wonder how much difference it will make, after all, it is still a government agency/department run by a bunch of people who probably haven't used travelled by train for longer than they can remember*

* - Not including 'special' train journies where the trains aren't full of the normal commuters/tourists and the signallers are getting pathing right instead of holding an on time train in a station whilst a late running train arrives, departs and then blocks the path for the other train when it has to cross over at a junction.

They've been unofficially gone for awhile now, they were doing more harm than good and doing the reverse of the job they were created for. No doubt the new mutation will go that way and have to be destroyed like the SRA 8)
