Why have you used 1600 ISO in the first place? just use a longer exposure time. For daylight try to use 100 or 200 and set yopur whitebalance to Cloudy if needed.

100 ISO used in sunny conditions and night shots
200 ISO used in cloudy conditions with Whitebalance set to cloudy
400 ISO for me this is the limit. Used if there is realy no alternative.
800 and 1600 ISO Never used.

I use the Canon EOS 350D.

The first thing is I forgot all about the ISO and it was on 1600 from last time a used my camera.
The second reason is that I am not good at putting the descriptions on the bottom of the pic’s as if you have noticed it is the first time I have put them on.
