Had a bit of an argument with a Stagecoach Manchester driver yesterday buying an evening offer Group Dayrider for £5 for two adults travelling together. He seemed to think that you had to have a child in the group, I said this was nonsense as it's marketed as a night-out ticket and valid up to midnight, so is clearly not aimed at families per se, although of course you COULD take up to three children. This comes about because the offer makes it cheaper than two individual Dayriders.

Anyway he relented, though I think he checked up on his radio.

Surely this is perfectly correct?
