Interesting to see that Lillyhall have put a Scania on tonight's evening 301, instead of the usual Dart allocation taken off X5's.

When did they change the registrations on the scania's? I`m sure they were PX12 EEZ/Y/EFA/B and C

They have 15818-15822 and will be getting 15721/2 from kendal when they have been painted into standard livery.

On the 21st August, I had the pleasure of having ride on 15819 between Barrow and Ulverston. Please see my posting from that date.

They have 15818-15822 and will be getting 15721/2 from kendal when they have been painted into standard livery.

15722 already operating at Barrow(in old colours), since 3/9/12 on 6/X6.
14252 has done 1 journey X6 on 3-6/9/12 garaging at Barrow overnight(the old 735 college job).
16645 did X7 Barrow-Kirkby 3/9/12 but guess its back at its home depot Kendal now after being loaned to Barrow covering X35's last week.
16332 16334 16339 16185 52291 18279 all parked by the fence at Barrow depot 5/9/12, with 18278 on the pits.

15684 is on tonight. A MAN E300 off 30/31 done the 21:00 off Carlisle on Saturday, can't remember which one now, after 47062 was on the X5 board that leads onto that 300-301 run.

10018-21/23 are back at ME,10022 broke down en route and is at kettering,10014-17 should be back sometime this week.
These are the 10 that will be branded for the 2/2A and wont be in service until the 24th sept.

As far as I am aware th PVR for 2/2a is around 18/19 (it changes a lot and obviously 19 is the max at peak times) but even so there should be at least 14 vehicles running the 2/2a during the day so why only 10 are getting branding I don't know.

Last time I heard most of the Olys will be going as well as some Tridents. The S reg Tridents will be staying I believe with some 2005 examples leaving for new homes.

Also apart from the ex Manc MANs that came to ME a few weeks ago ( going to Carlisle) no MANs will be leaving.

As ever happy to be corrected, not heard anything about it in a while.

They probably wanted to shift some buses so they put normal stickers on the first batch and leave the branding for the next batch.

To be honest I think they will brand most of them and either work around the stickers that have been applied to the first lot or take them off. Utterly pointless only branding 10 but we'll see what they have planned.

Its hard work using deckers on town service. I have the 46/45 duty all day tomorrow usally in a scania. They ok to cover running late runs but not a full day.

Other 15681 was on last 755 today.

Also my baby bus mercedes 709d passed MOT today and has been re-painted and stickered so look out for that. First show is Showbus at Cambridge at weekend but will be having a drive around on friday locally to run it in again. Also a little visit to Lancaster uni there is your hint.

18324 is at kendal

Freshly repainted 18324 complete with "in Cumbria" fleetnames worked the 11.20 555 from Lancaster. It still got the window stickers advertising the Bay riders day & weekly tickets.

Also my baby bus mercedes 709d passed MOT today and has been re-painted and stickered so look out for that. First show is Showbus at Cambridge at weekend but will be having a drive around on friday locally to run it in again. Also a little visit to Lancaster uni there is your hint.

Plot twist. 20473 is sitting on the annex it then worked the afternoon short 302s.

20473 is sounding pretty knackered, same as 20994 was before it was withdrawn from Lillyhall last year, revving up loads but not really moving anywhere, taking a second or 2 to even start turning its wheels after revving. After being in service this afternoon with blank destination blinds, it appeared with "Whitehaven 300" on instead of "Whitehaven 302".

22104 is off service for engine repairs, after leaving trails of black smoke behind it last week.
47007 on short X5's instead of a Dart.

To add to Lillyhalls rather problematic day for Dart allocations;
47006 also made it onto the 31A, accompanied by 20902.
A Dart was however in for an Oly on the 22, in the form of 35249.

Although the case, it was helped that the Solo fleet was almost full strength for a change, as 47005 was the only one missing from service today throughout West Cumbria.

Currently sat on 10023, no SC stickers on it at all so just waiting for branding no doubt.
