47009 is the other one thats landed.
Kendal could have sent 47008 instead of 47019 to make up gaps in fleet numbers - considering we already have 05, 06 and 07 from that batch
The PE's will be missed over these I feel...!

Dunno 47009 is the best & fastest 51 plate solo I have driven and 47019 is a good one too.

When LLs two 51s pitch up at ME I think the 10 plates will be the only solos with standard SC interior lol.

17017 is everywhere at the moment! was on Penrith Saturday market service today sounding great! :)

Josh with the new school year the Tridents at Penrith are no longer confined to 104 during the week and 104/PMB on a Saturday. There is normally a Trident on 104 and 1 on the 108 now.

Reays enhanced services started this morning in Carlisle. Allocation this morning:

64 YX60DXG YX60DXB YX60DXF YX60DXA B6CWR
64A YJ60GGF YJ60GDO
74 B5CWR YX60DXH
70 YX60DXD YX60DXC YX60DXE YX07HPA
63 YJ60GGO PX12BSY PX12BSZ
63 PX12CNZ PX12COJ PX12COU PX11AYA PX11AXZ

75 – YJ60GFA YJ60GGY

Tesco Free bus – YX07HPF (Branded)

That is all of his service buses accounted for. Presumably YJ60GGO has left the fleet as it has not been in Carlisle for at least 2 months. Plaxton Centro YJ58FFD is back at Penrith.

Lillyhall had 16734 on the 300 and a 30 branded MAN on 544.

YJ60GGO was, as noted by yourself, in service this morning on the 63A with PX12BSY and PX12BSZ.

I did not see PX11AYA this morning, but PX12COH was on the 63. The Asda Free Bus was being operated by 448UXM!

How enhanced are his services? And given the debate we had here recently, and people saying Reays might not last long, are those same people standing by their remarks?

On a slightly linked north west note, 22252 here in Fife was noted today with a lakes megarider ticket advert. I do know that East Scotland have publicised the tickets on their twitter feed, but I was wondering if they've started to advertise them on the insides of their buses. One thing I do know, 22252 has NOT been to the North west, unless anyone out there knows different?

One of Battersbys new (ish) streetlites MX61 BBU on 431 (Bare circular) this morning

Anyone any idea if these have been purchased from, or are just rented from Mistral? MX61BBU was delivered to Britannia Parking (Bournemouth) around this time last year.

Asda free bus is normally operated by a 709D. As it's ran from Penrith now I suppose it can be anything. Hopefully there B10M will make an apperance on there soon.

From what has been publicly revealed, they are doing well. And his expansion, job boosts and new service arrangements made the news this morning. They've been in Hopping for two years now and if the quoted figures are correct, there is no reason for them not to be Hopping still in the near future.

I didn't even know they had one! Wonder if they'll get some more for the 9/18 when they go LF in October.

I knew that Battersby were getting secondhand ones, whilst Travellers have brand new ones.

It was just question of who was going be first with one in service in Lancaster.

I think so yes - I think wright are doing good deals at the moment hence why they and travellers are getting them instead of the usual optare stuff

Are Travellers city services in Lancaster staying Solo?

Thats the plan, No brand new buses will be used on 8A / 8C whilst the service still go through Ryelands, due to the continuing problems on that estate.

If a Streetlite should make it onto 8A /8C, It will be changed over ASAP. (ie with-in the hour).

Last night I spotted an S reg Trident with 'RIBW A' on the rear blind (or something like that), can anybody tell me what it stands for?

Due to the roadworks in London Road in Carlisle the 104 became very complicated, 24124 was in a Newton Rigg slot this morning, with 16338 on a centre parcs one at the same time, and 22142 replaced 24123 this evening and then broke down in Penrith for 10 minutes refusing to go into reverse(and already 30 minutes late)

Also 47474 was on the 77A
