Scaffolding and temporary stairs have appeared at North Dulwich station recently.
I first thought they might be for maintenance contractors to move materials from one platform to another, but other commuters have suggested that they are for passengers when refurbishment starts...
In the absence of information from Southern / Network Rail, does anyone know if they are for passengers? And what the timescale is? It would be useful to know if this is for refurbishment of the stairs is scheduled and if I need to factor in more time when using the station or use another station when the works are ongoing?
