Quite right mate. My mum has been gone 17 years and my wife is a survivor.

I also lost my grandad last year after a 10 year battle with this awful disease. He had done remarkably, but was finally beaten by his numerous health problems. It's a truly horrendous disease and I hope one day that the research being done will allow us to treat it more effectively.

I have so much respect to everyone involved with this, and anyone affected by cancer. Donated £5 after literally 20 minutes of watching it.

Didn't see the programme however i also lost my dad which happen last year as he had leukemia.
