My apologies!

A previous resident of the Grade II listed building called Friars Lawn in Norwood Green is the actress Hayley Mills, who made her film debut in "Tiger Bay" in 1959. In this film, she got on the Transporter Bridge in Newport and got off it in Cardiff!

Did you intend this posting to be on this quiz.....or the Settlement Association quiz?

Wigan's other station is Wigan Wallgate, which is about 110 yards away, on the opposite side of the street named Wallgate, for services to Manchester (Victoria, Deansgate, Oxford Road & Piccadilly), Southport and Kirkby.

The Blaydon races no longer exist, except in song; neither does Manchester racecourse, which was served by Fairfield station.

Guide Bridge is served by a famous parliamentary service, as well as more regular services. Another station served by a parliamentary service and regular services is Kiveton Bridge, served by the Saturdays only Sheffield to Cleethorpes services and daily Sheffield to Lincoln services.
