The only service which calls at Tees-side Airport runs on a Sunday, from Hartlepool to Darlington. It calls at all stations during the course of it's 23-and-a-half mile journey, including Stockton.
Pencoed also has an hourly service in each direction for the majority of the day (with the exception of a few extra peak time workings), as well as having London bound services passing through non-stop.
The present Pencoed station was one of two reopened between Cardiff & Bridgend by British Rail in September 1992 as part of the Maesteg Line reinstatement scheme, the other one being Pontyclun.
