All good fun but does suggest that some London Underground staff have too much time on their hands at work. All this would take a fair amount of time to write up.

If they have to be on duty at a time when it's quiet, and be available to carry out functions when required, then why not let them do this in the quiet times when they are otherwise not required to do anything?

In many roles, especially safety critical ones, being on duty is more about being available for whatever crops up, rather than having a set amount of work to do, such as in an office job.

@bakerstreet thanks for posting (also adding all the names in text, so that our visually impaired members/readers can still fully understand it, is a nice touch!)
