Torquay & Cromer (Beach).
Cromer is a good 5 minute walk to the beach...
There was also Yarmouth Beach station...sadly closed and turned over to coach parking, but it's a good 5 - 6 minute walk to the actual beach.Might well be but it was originally known as Cromer Beach.
Internationally, the Belgian Coastal Tram must be one of the most interesting beach-side rail services!
Humm...might go on that when we go in October!
I've just had a vague memory of an episode of Coast, in which the archaeology-presenter (Mark Horton?) was looking at some rails which ran along a beach on the south coast. They were constructed by an entrepreneur who made a sort of 'rolling-tower' whose top was above the high-tide line: passengers could travel back and forth above the waves.
I can't for the life of me remember where it is though!
Plenty of beach stations on the Cambrian Coast line!
And not forgetting West Bay (Bridport) long closed.

Couldn't be much closer than at Kinghorn.
