Newark Castle used to have a crossing at the east end, meaning passengers alighting from a train arriving from Nottingham would block that train's departure towards Lincoln. Changed a few years ago so this platform is accessed from the road level crossing.

Metheringham still does (or at least did last time I was there) about two metres in front of a southbound train.

The train has to wait for the passengers to clear the crossing. It's quite unnerving to cross in front of a late driver who seems to be doing some kind of engine revving to get you to hurry up.

Wareham has a foot crossing with control lights. Since re-signalling between Poole and Dorchester South, this crossing is now manned. The station footbridge is to be refurbished and upgraded so that the foot crossing can be closed.

Twyford- the access from the main car park is across a barrow crossing over the Henley branch (but only the bit of track used by through trains onto or off the main lines)

Quakers Yard for access to the Taff Trail and houses alongside Trevithick's tramroad.
The railshoe that used to protrude out of the ground on the alignment into the third platform where presumably banking engines used to wait now seems to be reburied or removed.

Marks Tey is similar for the Sudbury branch.

A quick look through and I don't think it's been mentioned, Market Rasen has miniature stop lamps for people crossing,

I believe mitcham eastfields has something like this?

As far as I know, Eastfields has a footbridge over the tracks. You still have to cross the road to get between platforms, however.

(I suppose you could walk across the level crossing and cross the road and tracks between the platforms in one go instead of crossing the road and using the bridge. Does that count?)
